Winning Strategies for Serving Francophone Clients
The Kids Come First Health Team is committed to French-language health services. As a result, the Linguistic Protocol and its Winning Strategies for serving francophone clients was developed to better meet the needs of francophone children, youth, and their families in the eastern Ontario region.
The Linguistic Protocol is a Kids Come First partnership project between the Kids Come First Francophone Committee, 8 Ontario Health Teams of eastern Ontario, and the Réseau des services de santé en français de l'Est de l'Ontario, a leader in French-language health services planning.
