A message from our 1Call1Click.ca Steering Committee co-chair and partner, Tania

"I am proud that the 1Call1Click.ca team really listened to young people and their parents, in order to better understand their experiences in our health care system, and look to rethink our practices. It goes without saying that 1Call1Click.ca is a young program that is currently building its capacity. However, I am optimistic that 1Call1Click.ca will enable both individuals and organizations to better support young people and families looking for services - especially those with complex needs. If we can prevent kids, youth and their families from the pain of having to knock on the doors of multiple organizations and repeating their stories, I believe we will have reached our goal."

Tania is the director of Youth and Family Mental Health Services at Le CAP, Centre d’appui et de prevention. The agency’s mission is to offer mental health services, addiction services and other therapeutic services to francophone individuals and families in Ontario. Children and youth are at the heart of their mission.
