The Kids Come First Health Team

In 2019, the Government of Ontario announced the Kids Come First Health Team as an innovative team included in its plan for the transformation of health-care delivery in Ontario. Including more than 60 organizations, family and youth partners, nearly 1,100 doctors and thousands of individuals the Kids Come First Health Team made a commitment to the children, youth and families, in the regions that it serves, to improve both the quality of care being provided to them and their access to it. The Kids Come First Health Team is doing this in meaningful, hands-on ways that have a direct, positive impact on children and youth.
