What should the child, youth and their family expect during the intake appointment? (i.e. how long, what is asked) |
A 1Call1Click.ca intake worker will meet with the child/youth and family to discuss their needs/goals. There will be screening for areas of needs, identification of the level of care and determination of which service to match . The duration of this appointment can vary but could be up to 45 minutes. For those with more complex needs, we will review need for care coordination. |
How will I be notified of the outcome of my referral? |
Community partners/service providers can complete a referral with the consent of the child/youth and family. |
What options do I have for making a referral? |
We recommend that you make a referral on behalf of your patients who come to you for mental health and addictions support as some services can only be accessed with a physician referral. Ocean eReferral Network: Ocean and Epic Integration 1Call1Click.ca has now introduced a newly integrated referral system between Ocean and Epic.
