For Professionals
Welcome to 1Call1Click.ca — an integrated system for child and youth mental health, addictions, substance use health and neurodevelopmental health care that links together the region's existing services.
1Call1Click.ca is a coordinated and collaborative response to address frustrations expressed by children, youth, families/caregivers and care providers trying to navigate more than two dozen organizations and countless care providers delivering mental health, addictions, substance use health and neurodevelopmental health care, many with specialized programs, across the regions of Eastern Ontario.
Created by Kids Come First Health Team partners, this system coordinates mental health, addictions, substance use health and neurodevelopmental health services, making it easier for children, youth, families/caregivers and care providers to access and navigate a formerly fragmented and challenging array of services.
1Call1Click.ca provides three streams of services:
- A source of information about the system itself and available resources.
- A service to help children, youth, families/caregivers and care providers access and connect to the right mental health, addictions, substance use health and neurodevelopmental health services at the right time.
- A case-coordination service for children and youth with complex needs.
1Call1Click.ca is available to assist infants, children and youth from birth to 21 years of age. We cover parts of eastern Ontario including Ottawa, Pembroke, Cornwall, Hawkesbury, and surrounding areas including the counties of: Lanark, Leeds and Grenville; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry; Prescott-Russell and Renfrew.
